Email Structure

Every email should have:

  1. Greeting - Appropriate for the recipient
  2. Opening - State your purpose
  3. Body - Main content (2-3 paragraphs)
  4. Closing - Call to action or wrap-up
  5. Sign-off - Appropriate farewell

Formal (Manager, Company, Official)

1. Complaint Email

Opening: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with...
